EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
(Explain in detail what you do (e.g. tap on OK) and what you see (e.g. message
Connection Failed appears))
1. Settings > Connectivity > Internet Connections > Connect automatically >
(then choose any option other than  "Always ask") > Save
2. Make sure you don't have any active connections
3. Conversations > New IM

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Establish internet connection and show "Select contact" list

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
"Internet connection required" flash message in yellow ribbon

REPRODUCIBILITY:
(always, less than 1/10, 5/10, 9/10)
