brainstorm cannot solve this. Brainstorm is not for technical
implementation-specific details. Those are not important since they are already
exist in open source.

I will not flood with you here ;)

This is trivial enough to not bother with brainstorm. What answers do you
expect? Every IM client has "send file" button. How it is possible to expect
something else?

Are you going to reinvent the wheel?
