I believe this is because telepathy-sofiasip and farsight ignore the ptime and
maxptime in the SDP. This will be fixed in a future release.  (it is tracked
internally as int-148396)

This is probably a dupe of bug #6936 (if that bug is confirmed to be about the
max ptime).
