You can use a filter expression to match only the SIP traffic (eg "tcpdump
<options> udp port 5060" or "tcpdump <options> host 198.65.166.131", you get
the idea).   You can even do this on an pre-recorded pcap, reading it with -r
and writing a filtered version with -w.
