Yes, that's because the client is considered "registered" while the SIP account
is on. The proxy would try to contact the client, which may not possible due to
NAT and absence of proxy-side heuristics. I don't know why does it say
"connected" to the caller. When you put the connection status to off, the
client unregisters, so pending calls are transferred to voicemail.
