EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
(Explain in detail what you do (e.g. tap on OK) and what you see (e.g. message
Connection Failed appears))
1. Open Conversations application
2. Click-hold on conversation. Select Delete
3. OR click on conversation to open the converstation and from main menu select
Clear Conversation

EXPECTED OUTCOME:

Conversation is deleted

ACTUAL OUTCOME:

Converstation is not deleted.  If you open that conversation, there are no
messages and clearing or deleting the conversation has no effect

It appears to be related to a call.  If you go to the Phone application and
find a call for the same person whose conversation can't be deleted.  Delete
the call entry.  The entry will no longer appear in the Conversations
application

(always, less than 1/10, 5/10, 9/10)
