For interviews (i.e. non-regular "guests" on the show), it seems to be
okay to not have them record the audio extra and send it. I know that
the Linux Outlaws record the audio locally, but only for the two show
hosts, guests are recorded directly from Skype. This makes the
organization a bit easier, because the interviewee only needs a Skype
client (any Maemo device on WIFI should be enough if they have a Skype

Just record and release some initial episodes and tweak the audio
setup later. There have been too many plans for Maemo-related podcasts
that have been drowned in endless discussions that resulted in
nothing. Uploading OGG/MP3 files to a server and creating an RSS feed
isn't rocket science. You can add the tooling later :) The same is
true for all the "extras" (Twitter feedback, etc..). An IRC channel
could be enough for the beginning.
