Yes, both do --although Gaim is a much bigger contributor to this

I can see how this could cause the "chirping" sounds during song
playback (although, honestly, I'd think that the N800 software would be
able to handle a couple of separate audio streams). But, I can't see
this issue causing Canola to switch tracks... Could it?

Tomorrow, more testing commences. ;)
