No, I understood you... I was stating an example of "going too far."
That's all.
 I know there will be a mix of open- and closed-source apps and that
is good. But, denying an app's feasibility because it is proproetary,
can be detrimental to the process finding a great app.

 I think you've misunderstood my post.  I wasn't advocating anywhere
 proprietary software makers be denied access to the device.
