You can boot from another partition on mmc card, not the one mounted to 
/media/mmcX. Procedure is same as with N800 (or 770)

Beware that with N810 there is one gotcha - mmc device names change when 
you boot with SD card inserted. See

It works but output of 'df' or 'cat /proc/partitions' is not consistent.
