Another thing related to this: We're using the GNOME foundation
election software supplied by Dave, and the current setup we're using
with that is one-man-one-vote (though it would also support multiple
votes).

The current setup is tested and ready to go as soon as the email
instructions are written. We will fire the voting tokens as soon as
Dave returns from lunch.
