[maemo-community] Council elections nominations

I just have one question why use karma requirement when karma does not
work, I don't do alot of talking on lists but I do alot in garage but
most of my projects don't show up so even though I'm active in
community I hardly have 50 karma.  To me if you are going to use
something like this it should work before hand I had the same
complaint last year when karma didn't work right.
