Yes, we can have links to wiki pages. What about sanitizing
http://test.maemo.org/community/wiki/improvementideas/ (meaning cleaning
what is outdated and adding to wishlist the rest in own wiki pages per
feature) and creating new wiki pàges for new features added in roadmap
or wishlist?

These pages could have a common syntax in order to identify them better
i.e. PositionAwarenessRFE, JavaRFE, WhateverRFE. Perhaps a defauilt
template would help creators of new pages. What do you think.

It will be up to the maintainers/pushers of each feature to add
background information, contacts details and more. An optional plug-in,
not a requirement and definitely not the responsibility of the roadmap
maintainers. :)

Features requested providing a full rationale in a wiki page would have
more points to go to the roadmap, although it wouldn't be a requirement,
nor a guarantee.

Do you want to betatest creating a wiki page? :) Seriously. The
request makes sense so I can already tell you that it will end up at
least as wishlist.
