I found out by chance, while reading telepathy mailing list archive.

So, for now, only source code has been released in SVN, not tarball
release nor binary release either.

(BTW, Nokia also released another telepathy related library as open
source

But since we were waiting for Sofia-SIP integration for a long time on
maemo, my hopes to see it is a not too far future is high ;)
