STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:

1. On the tablet, setup an account with an IM service. Google Talk appears to
be a good choice when attempting to trigger this bug.
2. Define a contact, including his/her/its username in the appropriate field
for the service setup in step 1.
3. Disable and re-enable the account from step 1 via "Account settings".
4. Start a new chat with the contact from step 2. This chat may be initiated on
the local tablet or via an incoming IM from the contact.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:

A new chat window opens.


ACTUAL OUTCOME:

A "Chat to: [contact name]" dialog box appears, listing the contact's username
and service defined in step 2 above more than once. Each disabling &
re-enabling of an account appears to bring with it a chance of adding another
corresponding row to this dialog box. Fields in the contact's listing in the
Contacts application are NOT duplicated.

For example, after disabling & re-enabling my Google Talk account on my tablet 
four or so times, I now see the following dialog box when I start a new chat
with TwitterIM:
