[maemo-developers] RFC: maemo should have a weekly commit digest

CIA could be a good start, as you can see at:
http://cia.vc/stats/project/maemo

Some developers are not quite descriptive when they commit, other ones
uses the 'cvs-changelog style' used commonly in GNOME.  But it's useful
anyway.
